This travel planner is a digital product, delivered instantly after checkout. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the files have been accessed.

When refunds may be granted

We’re happy to review refund requests in the following cases:

  • You experienced a technical issue that we’re unable to resolve

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details, and we’ll do our best to help.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after download

  • Not using or opening the files

  • Expecting a physical product (this is a digital download only)

  • Compatibility issues with personal devices or apps not listed as supported

Processing fees

If your order was part of a free offer with a small processing fee, that processing fee is non-refundable, as it covers payment and delivery costs.
